We may also collect basic analytics data such as pages visited, via privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your request, prepare a quote, and arrange your transportation;
- Contact you about your booking by phone call, text message (SMS), or email;
- Send service updates such as driver arrival and pickup confirmations; and
- With your consent, send occasional offers and reminders. You can opt out at any time.
Text messaging (SMS) consent
By submitting the booking form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Giovanni's Car Service at the phone number you provide, including booking-related and, if selected, marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our booking and customer-messaging platform (GoHighLevel) and payment processors — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
