Terms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026. By booking a ride with Giovanni's Car Service, you agree to these terms.
Booking & quotes
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when Giovanni replies to confirm your trip and flat-rate quote. Quotes are based on the trip details you provide; significant changes (extra stops, waiting time, distance) may adjust the final fare.
Cancellations & changes
Plans change — we get it. Please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made less than a set window before pickup, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed with your booking.
Airport pickups & flight tracking
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight and adjust for delays or early arrivals at no extra charge when you provide a valid flight number. Please keep your phone reachable on arrival so Giovanni can coordinate your meet-up at baggage claim.
Passenger conduct & safety
All passengers must wear seat belts. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Riders are responsible for any damage caused beyond normal use. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe or unlawful behavior.
Payment
Fares are payable by the methods we accept (major credit/debit cards and digital payment). Corporate clients may arrange monthly invoicing. Your flat-rate fare is confirmed before the trip.
Liability
Giovanni's Car Service is a licensed, insured car service and operates with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as weather, traffic, road closures, or flight changes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.
